I’ve had nothing but issues with USPS—late deliveries, lost packages, and unhelpful customer service. Tracking updates are unreliable, and when something goes wrong, getting actual assistance is nearly impossible. I’ve had important mail delayed with no explanation. If I had a choice, I’d never use USPS again.

I think it’s really unprofessional that the manager Sherry has attitude when I’m trying to ask her where my packages when they changed between yesterday and today like three times yesterday and three times today am I understand how it works and everything but to be a store manager of a facility and coming off really arrogant and rude when I’m trying to figure out where my packages it’s really unprofessional and the attitude that she had she shouldn’t be a store manager. This is coming from somebody’s been in Store Manager for 46 years and her rudeness the way, she came off, is really unprofessional and the messages she laughed, was really arrogant and unprofessional, telling me to have a blessed day who Says that coming off really arrogant southbound, bro post office is the worst

Love this place! The staff members are great. They have premium services for mailboxes like keeping a signature on file for packages, street address. Would recommend to a friend. No complaints.

I felt humiliated and discriminated against by the USPS worker Darren. I have an online store, which I sell on Amazon and on TikTok, they don't give me the option of having a scan form for all the packages, and I don't like going to the self service kiosk, because every time I scan it at the kiosk my performance on amazon and tiktok goes down, and apart from that I have hazmat packages, which the kiosk does not allow me to scan, also the packages are not insured until someone scans it, and sometimes that does not happen until 2 days after I put it on the kiosk. Yesterday 12/31/2024 around 4:05pm I went to the USPS in Franklin township, somerset, NJ 08873 and the worker Darren asked me for a scan sheet, and I told him that I didn't have it because those platforms don't give me the option, he asked me to step aside, I was standing in line like any other customer, and it was not busy when I arrived, I told him no because I was standing in line like everyone else, he told me again that I had to step aside to continue serving other customers, and I told him no, that he had to scan my packages, he told me that he didn't have to do it and that I had to go to the kiosk, which I couldn't go to the kiosk because I had hazmat packages and you are not allowed to scan hazmat at the self service kiosk. He spoke to me with a very nasty attitude. He finally scanned my packages but he told me that the next time I return with packages none of the employees are going to scan my packages, that I have to use the kiosk. I thought the self service kiosk was optional, now how am I going to scan the hazmats?. What he did was humiliate me and discriminate against me, perhaps because of my Hispanic race.

Local mail carrier seems to be unhappy with his job. Throws packages. Leaves packages away from folks who have porches I assume to entice porch pirates or for items to be left to the elements , rain. Needs to find career he likes. Even Stevie Wonder can see he isn't happy. UPS is better

I visited the post office a couple of weeks ago to send some packages to a loved one overseas. It was my first time filling out customs forms, and I was nervous I wouldn't finish everything before they closed that day. Sherri assisted me up front, and she was amazing! She was incredibly patient and even stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of for me. Her kindness is truly appreciated. My loved one received everything today—mission accomplished!

I have been using this post office for years and the employees have been pleasant and professional, but today’s experience was quite different with these two ladies attending to customers at about 4:38 pm on Monday, 13th. It started off with the younger one trying to lecture me in the most condescending manner for asking for a tape to attach a return label on a package. She was so rude and unprofessional and continued ranting as I walked away. I will try to use other branches for mailing and other postal services for now and I look forward to completing my review when I get their names.

My job opened a PO Box at this location months ago for mail. It has been a pleasant experience overall. They offer 24/7 access to the PO Box and always have friendly staff. It does get backed up during busy hours but they’re doing their best. Very clean environment. Overall, a great USPS branch.

I have been experiencing problems with my mail delivery. I find mail that I've put in the outgoing box in my development all over the ground, some of which contain checks. I tried calling the Somerset PO today from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. All the phone does is ring for three minutes, and then I get a busy signal. They keep raising their prices, yet the service keeps declining.
