“You can drive by this place for years wondering if the place is a shady little shop. That is where everyone is mistaken. Went down the street to a more professional tire shop to get a leak checked. They could not fins the source of why I was looking air after 45 minutes of them trying to find it. A week later I had time to stop by this shop. They found the leak. It was a leaking bead in-between the wheel and tire. They got it corrected and had no more leak in that tire and barely even charged me! I would say if you need any tires, tire repairs, other services they offer try them out. Even if they look busy, or you can barely pull in just let them know what you need and they will get it taken care of! They are very friendly and helping everytime we come to them. Thank you for staying in business for so many years.”

“Service Dept: This was the BEST service I have received at any dealership since being able to drive. (Honestly since the pandemic, our country has zero customer service skills in any industry anymore) From the moment you pull in with the person who greets you to checkout every single employee made me feel welcome. Every employee made me feel valued. My car is a 2020 Lexus RC 350, but I was still treated like I was a celebrity. I can't thank Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold enough and I drove an hour to go there today! I called 5 dealerships before them to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did which is why I also approved my front brakes to be done. Brian Dominick is a professional, courteous non-pushy approach. There service area was fantastic. The entire dealerships was clean and beautiful. “Stopped over to see if they could sell me new tires. Dealership told me I needed all four tires and it would cost close to $800. It turned out I did not need that at all. “An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

“Finally a place to get work done on the car that won't rob you. 2 tires at the dealer $900 i was told. Tires at Sams club $215 and they just install. Here i paid $240 a tire but they checked all tires to verify which ones actually had to be replaced. Of course the dealer told me wrong ones so my next oil change they could sell me the other 2. I do not mind paying the little extra for the thourough work they did to ensure my safety.”

“This place is NO JOKE!!! I brought my 2019 GT350R here and I’ve never seen a shop so clean! The professionalism here is unmatched and second to NONE. If you own a shelby. Or a ford that you care about, and you do nottt want to go to a ford…This is the best place and this is where you should go! Unrealllll. I lived in long island for 20 years and avoided the known mustang shops there. I paid out of pocket for a tow instead of ford paying for my car to get towed to a FORD ONLY, just so I can go to JDM!!! I was that sure that this is THE SPOT! The technicians and mechanics here also have mustang builds and are extremely knowledgeable.Thank you very much and can’t wait to come back and upgrade my car.”
