“Service Dept: This was the BEST service I have received at any dealership since being able to drive. (Honestly since the pandemic, our country has zero customer service skills in any industry anymore) From the moment you pull in with the person who greets you to checkout every single employee made me feel welcome. Every employee made me feel valued. My car is a 2020 Lexus RC 350, but I was still treated like I was a celebrity. I can't thank Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold enough and I drove an hour to go there today! I called 5 dealerships before them to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did which is why I also approved my front brakes to be done. Brian Dominick is a professional, courteous non-pushy approach. There service area was fantastic. The entire dealerships was clean and beautiful. I will certainly drive an hour again the next time my car needs something without hesitation. Thank you to the entire staff that assisted my car and I today. It will be emphasized over and over! Girls at the reception are very courteous and responsive. Our car was vandalized in Newark. The guy broke passenger window glass and tried ripping off the passenger side door panels, took away every thing including left over Salmon. Tom repaired the car as if nothing ever happened.”

Or a ford that you care about, and you do nottt want to go to a ford…This is the best place and this is where you should go! Unrealllll. I lived in long island for 20 years and avoided the known mustang shops there. I paid out of pocket for a tow instead of ford paying for my car to get towed to a FORD ONLY, just so I can go to JDM!!! “Now called Raceway Nissan, I had an extremely good experience with purchasing a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. It started with the super friendly receptionist, Phyllis, who welcomed us and offered us bagels, crumb cake and coffee. Nice start to a good experience. They assigned us to our salesman Jim who was professional and friendly. When I told him what I was looking for in the Rogue, he knew exactly what SUV I was interested in - all black. So he set up a test drive and away we went. There was no set test drive route so I got to drive anywhere I wanted to test out this awesome new vehicle. This Rogue was the Midnight edition and man she was sweet!! Got back to the showroom and decided I wanted it. We then went to speak with Carl, the finance manager. What a character!! We never laughed so much and he was super efficient and professional. They let me take the car home that day and we returned the following day with a bank check for the deposit. Oksana gave us a very informative overview of the Rogue's features and was sweet and professional. Overall an excellent experience with nothing negative to say! I don't get all these bad reviews and I'm thinking they are fake. This is a super clean and professional dealership and I highly recommend it for your car buying needs. Oh, and the bagels weren't too bad either!!”
