“What a terrific place to do business! Overwhelmingly fantastic experience.
My Subaru Forester was in an accident one day prior to a planned vacation out of town.Someone backed up suddenly into my front-end in a parking lot & it became un-drivable. I was told not to worry and sat with Rachel as she helped me with the process of calling the auto insurance company of the other driver to set up & process my claim. She made certain that they had the accident report number, and everything that was needed so that the repair and insurance cost was completely covered. She was also able to have a rental car delivered to the shop so that I could get on my way the next day! They did everything they promised, kept me informed all throughout the insurance and repair process. Rachel is a superstar as far as I'm concerned!

“Now called Raceway Nissan, I had an extremely good experience with purchasing a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. It started with the super friendly receptionist, Phyllis, who welcomed us and offered us bagels, crumb cake and coffee. Nice start to a good experience. They assigned us to our salesman Jim who was professional and friendly. When I told him what I was looking for in the Rogue, he knew exactly what SUV I was interested in - all black. So he set up a test drive and away we went. There was no set test drive route so I got to drive anywhere I wanted to test out this awesome new vehicle. This Rogue was the Midnight edition and man she was sweet!! Got back to the showroom and decided I wanted it. We then went to speak with Carl, the finance manager. What a character!! We never laughed so much and he was super efficient and professional. They let me take the car home that day and we returned the following day with a bank check for the deposit. Oksana gave us a very informative overview of the Rogue's features and was sweet and professional. Overall an excellent experience with nothing negative to say! I don't get all these bad reviews and I'm thinking they are fake. This is a super clean and professional dealership and I highly recommend it for your car buying needs. Oh, and the bagels weren't too bad either!!”

“My experience with the dealership started on Friday I found a good deal on a Chevy Tahoe online and it started with a phone call being i was coming all the way from New York! The girl I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and so nice and she set me up with an appointment with management for Saturday morning, and they had the truck ready outside, waiting for me to look at it ! I arrived Saturday morning where I was greeted by management and a salesman named Justin who was so amazing ! I told him we weren’t familiar with the process because we never bought a car before we always leased and the process was a bit different. He went through everything and answered any questions we had! I highly recommend this dealership for anybody who is looking for a Chevy!”
