“The employees are very helpful and pleasant, but there are several downsides to this bank. You cannot make deposits at the ATM at all. You can deposit checks using the mobile app, but if you need to deposit cash you have to go to one of the two branches during bank hours. Another is the online access to your account. I can only view the past month of transactions on the web - nothing older than that. The staff are more than willing to run a transaction summary for a given month for you, but it's not nearly as easy as looking it up online.”
“First Commerce Bank deserves 10 Stars , the staff is very professional & so friendly. The bank is extremely clean & during covid they followed all restrictions. The manager Kim is absolutely fantastic & always there if you need anything.”

“Has a small town quaint charm you'd only imagine some rustic banks in New England would have.
The employees were friendly, just a small line for the tellers and there was no line for the ATM inside.
My only suggestion would be to possibly add an outdoor ATM.”

“I help my elderly parents with banking from time to time. This is the location closest to them. We've always had great experiences with the staff here, unlike my own experience with my PA locations where staff wear obnoxious red shirts and are rather stuck up. The staff are friendly and want to be helpful. Apparently, they also cater to Spanish speaking customers as well. On several occasions I've overheard tellers speaking Spanish to customers. That's commendable good customer care. On this occasion I accompanied my parents to close their safe deposit box. Michael Marino helped us go through the process. Even if he didn't outright put a big smile on his face, he was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We really appreciated what he did for us during this visit. We also enjoyed the short but pleasant small talk. The location is central and convenient, off on Main Street downtown Freehold. But the flip side is having to put up with crazy downtown traffic and lights, which could add 5-10 minutes during rush hours. Ample parking in its own parking lot, accessible both from the Main Street and side street. Interior is vast, well lit, and clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this Wells Fargo Branch. I would highly recommend it.”

“My wife and I have visited Santander several times over the last few weeks. Everyone has been extremely helpful, especially Jaimini. She is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. She never rushes you and answers all our questions. At a time when banks are closing branches, it's nice to still be able to go to a bank with a staff that makes you feel welcome.”
“Laura & Bethany do well very managing the team with a small staff. The service is quick, easy with a well trained staff. The only thing that confuses me is the entry always has a garbage can blocking the door. In addition the front has a large teller desk however the teller station in the driveway indoor portion which is only two people. This location does NOT have the atms to accommodate remedial teller services. You could be on line of numerous people just wanting to deposit a check. If they would tackle these small issues, it would be a five stars.”

“This review is for the associate personal banker, Antonia Bradley. She dealt with the horrible estate team with me and dealt with me getting upset about how horrible the estate care team is as I tried to close my deceased father's safety deposit back...she was calm, kind and helpful. The staff here is very kind and sweet. The estate care team is the worst and very inefficient and she calmly worked with everyone she spoke with and helped me as this. Dealing with deceased accounts are emotionally draining and she at least made the horribly long process a bit nicer. Thank you!!!”

I would like to specially mention its Managers - Nadia and Courtney. The awesome Tellers - Jessica, Joan and Nancy(?) and the only guy (sorry forgot his name). The entire staff of this bank is just amazing! I have never experienced any banks where everyone is like family! The ATM machine outside the building is so convenient and well lighted. They also have an ATM as soon as you walk in the bank on the right side. Over all, I love this bank! Customer service is amazing, friendly yet highly professionally! Thank you guys!”
