The employees were friendly, just a small line for the tellers and there was no line for the ATM inside.
My only suggestion would be to possibly add an outdoor ATM.”

“Laura & Bethany do well very managing the team with a small staff. The service is quick, easy with a well trained staff. The only thing that confuses me is the entry always has a garbage can blocking the door. In addition the front has a large teller desk however the teller station in the driveway indoor portion which is only two people. This location does NOT have the atms to accommodate remedial teller services. You could be on line of numerous people just wanting to deposit a check. If they would tackle these small issues, it would be a five stars.”

“I’ve been using this branch for about a month, and during this time they’ve shown true professionalism and built a trusting relationship with me. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. I can’t single out any one employee because I’ve had positive experiences with everyone here.
But today’s situation really showed me how kind and understanding these people are. Due to a scheduling issue, I came in at the very last minute before closing and asked to make a transfer. No one mentioned that they were about to close — they simply helped me with the transaction, staying late just to assist a customer.

“This review is for the associate personal banker, Antonia Bradley. She dealt with the horrible estate team with me and dealt with me getting upset about how horrible the estate care team is as I tried to close my deceased father's safety deposit back...she was calm, kind and helpful. The staff here is very kind and sweet. The estate care team is the worst and very inefficient and she calmly worked with everyone she spoke with and helped me as this. Dealing with deceased accounts are emotionally draining and she at least made the horribly long process a bit nicer. Thank you!!!”
