“I stopped into OceanFirst Bank on Friday, July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, to handle a debit card request. Anthony Uchegbulam assisted me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly—no rushing, no shortcuts. What stood out most was how he showed me the bank’s live person feature on the ATM and made sure I understood how it works. In today’s world, that kind of personal attention and willingness to spend real time with a customer feels rare. Anthony was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. If you’re looking for a bank where people still take pride in good old-fashioned service, this is it. Highly recommend!”
