Call the head had tires delivered there, that were not available at the store readily. Had them put on Jose and Jim both were in contact with me throughout the purchase and delivery. They were both customer service focused and mindful of our time. I would definitely go back there to have all the work done

The technicians I talked to from booking the appointment to picking the car up were very nice. Quick service that day. I was in at 4 and out in less than an hour. Can’t beat that. :)

Service was excellent and on time. The technician explained what needed to be done in a clear concise manner. I had a 1pm appointment. Dropped my car off at noon it was done by 5. Had my brakes done and 2 new tires. Easy peasy. All good at Firestone in freehold. Thanks
