Jersey Strong Gym in Freehold is located on Route 9 North, easily accessible from surrounding towns. The facility, renovated as recently as 2014, features tremendously high ceilings and open workout areas in a historic building. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional, providing great customer service in a fast, efficient, and worry-free manner. The gym offers great classes and a women-only section that is pretty open. Equipment is in pretty good shape, and the locker room is kept clean and stocked. Members appreciate the staff's attention and patience in resolving issues, making it a highly recommended gym.
