I have been a Macy's shopper for a very long time. I have shopped at Macy's in many different malls and states. The Macy's at Freehold Mall, NJ is very disappointing and messy. It was shocking to see that all types of clothing were hung mixed together, pants, sweaters, tops all together on the same racks. There is a limited variety of clothing in the woman's department. Most Macy's present the clothes in an attractive manner but not the Macy's at Freehold, NJ. The clothes look like they were in the store for years! The appearance of this store shows that it has no respect for Macy's customers. The manager of this store needs to be removed due to lack of maintaining a neat and presentable store. When will a Macy's supervisor or an administrator from Macy's headquarters clean up this store and hire a manager who can maintain an attractive and appealng store environment? Extremely disappointing!

My boyfriend, his sister and I came here Black Friday weekend and we had a good experience while here, there was a great selection of clothes and fragrances like most macys but I will say the jewelry selection wasn’t that good but I guess due to it being half off it makes sense. Other than that I would definitely come back again in the future.

I grew up shopping at Macy's I loved the exclusivity shopping here. Now the stores are messy and are leaning more to the TJ Maxx crowd instead of Nordstrom's or Bergdorf Goodman. You buy things, spend a great deal of money and have to pay 11 cents or 99 cents for a bag. Really? Maybe rethink that.

Macys prices have become way overpriced, but their sale prices are very good. Too much polyester in the store though that is expensive...like iNC.

When asked about a shirt's price, he casually said, "There is no price. I don't know the price." After explaining that he's there to sell and provide prices, he reluctantly created a deceptive $20 tag, which belonged to a different brand falsely starting at $70 MSRP. The actual shirt had an MSRP of $58 but was on sale. Disappointed, I called for a manager.Enter Maggie, a savior in the chaos. Despite initial challenges, Maggie's relentless efforts, even going upstairs, brought back the right shirt with the accurate sale price. Her dedication not only fixed the issue but restored my faith in Macy's. This stark contrast between an indifferent cashier and a committed manager highlights the importance of quality customer service.In conclusion, Macy's needs to address such lapses, especially when employees like the cashier with an Indian accent fail to fulfill their duties. Maggie, on the other hand, deserves commendation. For potential customers, navigating through these experiences is worth it, knowing that a dedicated manager like Maggie can turn things around. The place is a mess very bad customer service The only good person in MACY’S from Freehold is Anna from perfumes she is awesome always helping me find a good perfume and for her I give 2 stars, because the rest is horrible, you never find a a cashier, there always scream when you ask for help or I can't is close...and the housekeeping is very bad

My issue is with an on-line order I placed for my daughters wedding day. I & the MOG ordered their Marabou slides. When I tried mine on there was fur all over my floors. The quality of them was horrific too. The MOG's slippers immediately broke upon walking in them a few minutes. She returned hers even though the return date has passed. I began the return process through their website & was told a return slip was being e-mailed to me & the "supervisor" allowed the return even though the return date has passed by a week or 8 days at most. I checked every day for the email. After 5 days I called & was rerouted to India. They didn't even have a record of my prior call & was told the return was past the expiration date. If you can't stand by your products then you've just lost a long time customer.

My favorite person is Shobhanna from the jewelry department! She is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond making you feel so special.Macy's has a good selection of clothing but it could be better!

Pleasantly surprised this past visit. Everything was very organized and neat. Sales persons were available and it was easy to check out.

There are not enough checkouts! Love to shop and find the bargains, but when you get to a checkout they aren't aware of any discounts, because it's usually from a department across the store! I literally had to go take a picture of the sale rack and bring it back to saleswoman.

Ordered shoes online for a wedding. Got an email that they were delayed and would arrive after the wedding. Went to the store. Surprisingly, not much of a selection. The staff were very helpful and they gave me 30% off of my purchase! Nice!

Backstage had no petite sizes at all. It was very disappointing. Their clothes were priced good. I purchased 4 shirts & shorts. I was happy w/my purchase.

My daughter needed a dress. Macys had a huge selection, many on sale. With a lot of the anchor stores closed at the Freehold Raceway Mall, this is the spot to go if you want a big selection of dresses!
