“I have been going to Tony's Family Pharmacy in Freehold NJ for about 9 months now and they have honestly been the best pharmacy, I have been to unfortunately a lot (walgreens rite aids cvs n then the mom n pop shops) been thru more than I would like and this is in the past 20 years. The friendliness of the pharmacist and the rest of the staff, I couldn't ask to be treated better. Also the attentiveness and how they make sure everything is right is great. They make me comfortable and most importantly thru the years I have felt judged by a lot of pharmacies that's why this time I went on a mission and Tony's alreday had great reviews but I still didn't know how it was going to be because I was a new customer/patient and it was better than I thought. I can't describe to you if you have anxiety how hard it is to walk into a pharmacy and have them judge you and then they want to go on a rant about why they dont agree with my doctors they seem to all want to be doctors I would have an anxiety attack after my doctors office just knowing what I was going to go thru. Now I have been with Tony's for about 9 months and I don't have to feel that way. The pharmacist knows she can call my doctor and I'm a very scheduled person and I know they have caught on to that so on the day I'm supposed to go they alreday know why I am there and some of the medicine I'm on has to be ordered and I really want to thank them for always ordering it ahead of time so I have the majority of it. I recommend everyone that complains about there pharmacy to Def check out Tony's. It took me 20 years to finally have a pharmacist that I only have great things to say about but it was 100 percent better late than never! They have helped me in more ways than they know, I appreciate everything they do and our always doing the best job they can do! Also, while I'm waiting I look thru all the cute things they have for sale. My brother just had a baby and I found two great coffee mugs. They have so much nice stuff example for babies animals decorations precious moments you can always find a gift in there for someone you might not know what to get like for teachers and babysitters or bosses. They have a big card selection as well. Even if you don't need the pharmacy I would def check out all the great gift ideas. Thank you to everyone that works at Tony's! You really have made things easier and I don't dread it like I would if I continued at any of the other places in this area. Again, If you need a pharmacy that will treat you like a human being I highly recommend Tony's Family pharmacy. Thank you Stacy”

He FAR surpasses what can be expected in professionalism and customer care. Joe, Merna, and Shook are ALL FANTASTIC as well. Jeff, the other pharmacist, is also OUTSTANDING. This staff ALWAYS goes the extra mile and well beyond the call of duty to service customers. If you desire the very best in professionalism and care this pharmacy is the VERY BEST place to go.”

“Great pharmacy! They always have what I need. Much needed change from the big box stores. They also have free delivery and since I have two small children it's hard getting anywhere. Any time my doc calls in a maintenance prescription it shows up on my doorstep the next day. Day of prescriptions are super fast too and the pharmacist are always willing to help with OTC suggestions.Very nice front end staff too!”

“This is my preferred pharmacy, pharmacist Marc is very helpful. People at the medicine dispensary counter are also super nice. I do find that sometimes I can buy certain medications from other stores like Walmart & Wegman’s much cheaper. CVS’s contracts with certain insurance companies are causing customers to pay higher prices than without the insurance price especially for certain generics. In my opinion this is really pathetic. CVS must offer the option that is cheaper. Otherwise one day CVS is likely to lose out to online pharmacies which are much cheaper.”

“Celia provided a comprehensive hearing test for a second evaluation. Before starting the test she asked me a series of questions to try to understand what was going on with my hearing issues. After the test, she went over my previous hearing test and compared with the one she conducted and explained the discrepancies of the diagnosis of my first exam that was done elsewhere. The test confirmed I have some hearing loss. Celia is professional and proficient in her specialty. Highly recommend seeing her for a hearing evaluation.”

“Always helpful staff and very courteous. The store is immaculate, not dingy like CVS, prices are clearly marked. Lottery tickets are now available, although a rather combursome task for staff to ring up. Recommend waiting until after the line subsides. The pharmacy does close for lunch, people do have to eat plan accordingly. I go inside to get my medicine. Be mindful, if you get the incorrect medicine 💊 after you pay for them even if you have not left the store, you cannot return them. I learned that after getting back on line. It is a company policy, even though I didn't open the bag and the pharmacy filled the wrong dosage. After I got home I took a survey and included this on my survey AND removed the incorrect medicine 💊 from my refill list. My vaccines are all taken care of efficiently and I can print them out for my PCP and my own records. The bathrooms are clean just not clearly marked. I have a friend that has prescriptions there and at times can't get to the pharmacy. All you need is DOB last 4 # of the phone on file if a copay the card on file and your driver's license and the person's address.”
