“I love this place, fixed 7 cars here already. I know owner and his son personally now, awesome hard working guys. But what I hate seeing few crybabies posting negative reviews here, when they bring rust buckets to fix where those cars should be already at the junk yard then act surprised when they are denied. People need to realize that these guys are busy, their lot is always full for a reason unlike many other shops around the area. Yes its hard to reach to boss sometimes, he is working you know duh, but if you get appointment here trust me you wont find better paint in around area i give you 100%”
“You rarely leave a 5 star review when things go wrong, but this is deserved. We went to Crown probably 6 years ago. Recently, the paint started to peel.
When i called Mark to check if it was still covered under warrenty, he told me to bring it in without any hesitation. He didn't even request any proof that the work was done through him. He didn't ask for a penny and turned it around overnight. He earned a customer for life through this exchange.”
