“Usually hesitant to do in person service cause it’s a hit or a mess, but wow the female associate was so prompt + knowledgeable. The left side of phone screen was unsalvageable + she promplty walked me through the options, promotions, and patiently prepped a new phone replacement in like less than 30 minutes. Also synced iCloud backup so it could be a quick transfer to a new phone. Store is clean, quiet and quaint. Pleasantly surprised by this location!”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“My two daughters and I came here for the NY Giants Town Hall event.
Viewing: we had seats in the mezzanine and the stage was visible although with the heads of the people sitting in front of us made it hard to see at times.
Staff: we had very positive experiences with all the staff. Those who helped us w seating, staff at the bathroom, snack bar staff, etc, We had great experiences with all of them.
Seats: the seating was a bit tight, I was not able to cross my legs comfortably. This was the main reason I gave this theater a 4/5 stars rather than a 5/5.
Aesthetics: it is an absolute beautiful theater and one of my favorites in terms of is beauty in all of NYC!”

You get to try on the pairs of headphones before buying. I had a wonderful experience with the exchange program. I purchased the Sennheiser HDB 630 bluetooth headphones when I should have bought Focal Bathys Bluetooth Wireless headphones. The staff processed the return and exchange without any issues. Tony K was really knowledgable about all of the products and can explain anything you ask him.

“I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I walked into the store on 5th Ave and was greeted by Janique who asked if she could help. I came prepared with warranty and broken part. Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. The next thing I knew she was coming toward me with the replacement part in hand…all this in 10 minutes!!!! I told Janique I would write a review on google.
