“I never even knew there was a show room for Ferguson and when I walked in, it nearly made me giddy to see so many products up close and personal so I could order with confidence.

“We wanted to support a local business even if it meant paying a little more for more personalized service. Needed a range, microwave & dishwasher. We had done research & knew the make/models we were looking for. Rutherford Appliance offered prices equal to the big box store and less than the manufacturer’s website (which was a great surprise) plus rebates. Received delivery the next week. We live in an old house with narrow doorways & hallways so we were concerned about installation but the team from Rutherford did a great job meeting the challenge. Will definitely purchase there again.”

“After getting every last drop of blood (including two rebuilds with the help of Weber’s impressive warranty) from my 2004 Weber Genesis I pulled the trigger on the Genesis S-435. There are plenty of businesses in and around Bergen County, NJ you can get grills, but no one matches customer service than Modern Propane in Lodi. They have full complement of grills from various companies, and more accessories than you could ever use. Dealing with owner Larry was a complete joy, even taking time to talk to me only when he was off from work. Salesman Doug was very responsive and always treated me well. Nominal fee for professional assembly, and courteous delivery, setup, and removal of my deceased grill was well worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit Modern Propane for all your grilling needs. When you finish with your visit, go to the other side of Route 46 and treat yourself to Hank’s Franks! I recommend the red onions.

We told him our room size, and he explained about btu's and gave us the appropriate A/C that fit our requirements. He explained about the differences between wood and vinyl windows'”

This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. “Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
