“I recently visited Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital and wanted to provide a positive review of my experiences! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. My new rescue, Moose, received a new patient exam and received his first month of flea and tick medication for free. Later that week he stayed overnight for medical boarding after his neuter surgery. When I picked him up he was happy and I could tell was very well taken care of! It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of while I had to leave town. I was also impressed with how reasonable the pricing was, compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. Definitely would recommend!”

“Ramapo Valley Animal Hospital has been such a comfort to our family during a very difficult time. Our dog fought IMHA for three weeks, and throughout that battle Dr. Katara(especially) and the entire staff were consistently kind, patient, and compassionate.

Even when the situation was heartbreaking, they treated our dog with so much care and dignity, and they treated us with empathy and respect as we tried to make the best decisions we could. “Our dog, Niklaus, was a patient of Dr. Fisher’s until we moved 3 hours away, and we cannot find a vet who can hold a candle to Dr. Fisher and his staff! From the time you step into the office, you know that your fur baby is being well-cared for. The lovely women at the front desk are so patient on the phone and make the check-in process much less stressful, especially for dogs with high anxiety like ours. Mike, the vet tech, and Dr. Fisher get right on the floor to ease your pup’s fears, and handle your fur baby with such care and compassion. Dr. Fisher is knowledgeable not just in traditional western medicine, but he also explores eastern and holistic routes to treat the cause of the issue. Going to the vet is not a pleasant experience for any animal, but Dr. Fisher’s way of approaching our pup with such care and tenderness helped to lessen his anxiety and make the process less stressful for both Niklaus and us. Dr. Fisher and his team are angels, and the world needs more people like this! You can’t go wrong with Hillsdale Animal Hospital!”

“My sweet cat was not feeling well, and I just moved so I didn't know where to get really loving and supportive kitty care. I was also unable to take him in myself. My partner brought him in, and he was seen by Dr. Canales. I was on speakerphone as she discussed options, pricing, and follow up. Even though I couldn't be there, I felt so comforted and grateful that we chose this veterinary office. I am so pleased with her attention to detail, how kind and informative she is, and I'm grateful to have found the right place for both of my boys. I hope never to have an emergency situation again. “Physical therapy dept with Tim was amazing. My Angel went 3 x aweek, because she couldn't walk with her back legs. We did water therapy and lazer treatments. Everyone there was outstanding. Unfortunately I lost my Angel 2/28/25. I just came back for the Christmas tree ornaments on 12/1 a beautiful ceremony. Thank you Carolyn & Alan Spoto”

“Both Dr. Katz and Dr. Dziedzic are phenomenal vets who are thorough and compassionate in their care. They always took the time to address my concerns at the end of a visit, I never felt rushed, and they were willing to work within my limited budget.
My cat had an undiagnosable case of seizures (don't know the root cause), and Drs Katz & Dziedzic worked together for 5 years to help make sure we managed the condition. I will always be grateful for their consideration! I would have continued coming here if I didn't move.
Tests can be pricey (for example you can get free or discounted vaccines at other places), but the pricing is fairly standard, and I was willing to pay for the quality of service.”

From scheduling her surgery, to the way the tech talked us through the procedure, to the way they called us to keep us updated all day. Dr Mia came in and answered all of our questions. “After months of trying to treat my cat’s strange breathing problems and more recent Horner’s syndrome, I took my cat here for an internal medicine consult with Dr. Ferreri and Alyssa. They were both deeply kind and courteous. They thoroughly examined and explained the existing documentation + considered all the possibilities given my boy’s medical history. Best yet, they explained the reasoning behind treatment decisions both past and present. I found this last bit very reassuring (in spite of my chronic worries as a pet parent). “Dr. Frezzo is truly exceptional. She is Snoopy’s veterinarian and has saved his life three times. My dog has a rare autoimmune disorder, went blind at a young age, had an eye removed, and has had multiple emergencies — including life-threatening ones. Through it all, Dr. Frezzo has cared for him as if he were her own. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to understand, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. She even supports my Spanish-speaking parents, which means so much to our family. She has been available with guidance even when her office was closed and we were at another hospital. Snoopy is alive because of her. I can’t recommend Dr. Frezzo enough. ??”
