She was incredibly patient and helped me switch all my data/info from my old phone to a new one. I hadn't even bought the new one there (it's an older model) but I was treated the same. I've stayed with T-Mobile because of their excellent customer service, either on the phone or in person. Yesterday was a perfect example of that.
