“Shia and Shashank are truly amazing at what they do - their attention to detail and expertise in the fabrics, latest styles, customer service, communication, and coordination for alterations/fittings were FLAWLESS. I had an American/Indian wedding with the entire wedding party wearing matching outfits, with customizations for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. I also bought my lehenga and jewelry with Nazranaa, and they ensured everything matched and looking picture perfect. My husband also got her sherwani with Nazranaa, and the colors of his outfit complimented my outfit so well. All of our wedding guests were raving about our clothes, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for multi-cultural weddings - they are so accepting and inclusive and work well with people of all backgrounds.”

“I went to Seng Couture for my first time shopping for my wedding dress and the experience was everything I dreamed of and more. Booking an appointment online was so quick and easy and I was able to send inspiration pictures from their website prior via text message. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I went in unsure of what to expect but my stylist Jennifer was absolutely incredible and so attentive, caring, and passionate. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. She made me feel so comfortable in a situation that could potentially be uncomfortable and she made the guests I brought feel completely involved in the process as well. After trying 2-3 dresses from the pictures I sent and giving her more of an idea of what I wanted, Jennifer figured out what silhouette looked best on me/which I liked the best and started pulling dresses she thought I would love and I truly loved all of them. I completely trusted her opinion and knew she had my best interest in mind. Her only fault was making my decision more difficult by bringing me such beautiful gowns that made me feel the most confident I've ever felt. One of the last dresses I tried on ended up being THE ONE and Jennifer chose the dress herself. I am so grateful to her!
I had an incredible experience shopping here; not only did I "say yes to the dress", but I created moments with my mom and my sister that we will never forget all thanks to the amazing service of my stylist, Jennifer, and the rest of the employees. You can tell that everyone at Seng loves working there and helping people find the gown of their dreams. There was a lot of genuine love in the room from so many people I never even met before and I hope every bride is able to feel this when they go shopping for their wedding dress. “Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”
