“I was going to a wedding in Georgia in a couple of days, and the zipper broke on the dress I was supposed to wear. I showed up pretty late on a Friday afternoon, and they fixed my zipper, installed a clamp, and sowed it back up right there with no issues. I was anticipating them telling me they wouldn’t be able to fix it in time, so I was so so so grateful that they took the time to help me.”
“I will start by saying they are accommodating. Their work is very good. However they're delivery and demeanor is harsh. They're not rude, just very curt.
It's easy to find as it's right on the main Street in Clayton, the hours are reasonable as is the price.
I paid $4.25 to have my husband's suit dry-cleaned overnight.”
“I thought the Paulsboro laundry was pretty good. Very clean clothes and it only took about 23 minutes. The washing machines seem to range between $4 to $8 a load- depending on the size of the machine. The most popular machines seem to be the LG machines, they looked the newest and they are $4.50. I used a $6 maxi machine. I was able to fit a set of queen size sheets, 2 throw blankets, a large towel, a heavy shirt and undershirt. My only complaint is the fabric softener dispenser looked a little moldy or grungy. Looks like it needs to be wiped out. I was there about 1:00 p.m. on a Monday, it really wasn't busy. I didn't need to use the dryer this time but another customer told me they're very good and very hot. There is seating inside but it's easy enough to sit in your car and wait for your load to be done. Last wash 8pm.”
“Clean, different options for load sizes and costs, machines are in good working order, and there's even a fun vintage "pinball" machine where you win a ball with each play (25¢) ~ would give full 5 stars but on a hot day, even with fans, it's really hot (but I'd prefer that to higher costs to use the machines). There's a box with donated books & a magazine bin and a few other donated odds & ends ~ very obviously a caring community.”
“Custom Cleaners are the absolute best! I dropped off a suit on short notice and they were able to have it cleaned and ready for me within two days. I also highly appreciate the owner staying past closing hours after unforeseen circumstances caused me to run behind. Fair prices, great management, and amazing communication! “Today was my first time using this laundromat and I was pleased with my experience. I called ahead to verify the hours of operation and last load, when I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Valerie. It was already about 9:30 when I called but she was still so understanding and polite. She asked me how much laundry I had and welcomed me to come by!
Ms Valerie welcomed me as a new customer and made small talk with me, but she never stopped working. There was a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks that are reasonably priced. Yet Ms Valerie let me know there was free coffee and cookies available on a back table. She was very welcoming, her customer service was top tier.
When I arrived it was busy but there were plenty of washers and dryers still available. I was a little shocked to see the smallest washers were $4.25 though. I found that to be kind of high until I realized they are big enough to fit 2 loads in each. However, I do wish they had a few regular size, one load washers available. The machines all look new and very well maintained and the place was clean. I didn’t use the bathroom but they do have one available for customers.
The dryers get really hot so everything dried on the first cycle. There’s signage on the wall that says what not to dry. They offer “wash & fold” services as well, or “drop & pickup”.”

Moreover their alterations have always been perfectly finished no matter how small of a request. This location’s husband and wife business meets all our needs in a very welcomed manner ;-)”
“THE BEST! I cannot say enough great things about this dry cleaner! Whatever you are in need of - I have had pants altered, jackets repaired, stains removed, everything...they do an AMAZING JOB. I trust them completely with all of our clothing. The woman who works there is so kind and sweet! Honestly, it's always such a pleasure to "have to" drop by!”

“Had my bridesmaid dress altered in about a week. Had 3 layers hemmed & taken in on both sides for about what David’s bridal charges to hem one layer. I can’t find any flaws. Heck I can’t even figure out where she took it in on the sides the seam is so well blended into the original stitching. I’ll definitely use her in the future. Only thing is she never called when the dress was done. I just had to sort of guess and stop by to see if she was done or not and she was.”

I’ve been using them for years never had a problem best cleaners in Somerdale. Reliable dependable and over all a great service. 5 star bring your clothes here u won’t be disappointed and you will be looking sharp.”

“Nice and clean. Lots of washers and dryers available. Doesn't have any vending machines though. I came here n used 2 dryers since the one at my house broke. The one dryer didn't have any hot air, so that was like 3 wasted dollars. The other one worked well. Doesn't seem like anyone else that was there had any issues with the machines.
Edit- June 2025. It is under new ownership. I have not been in since then.”

“Just moved to Voorhees (a nearby town) in December. Brought my large white comforter to a local place in Voorhees, took my comforter out after paying for a heavy duty wash and it was filled with a muddy substance! I decided to drive 5 minutes further to this location to rewash. Immediately I noticed the cleanliness of the location compared to the other laundromat. Unfortunately the larger machine I selected gave me an error. I called the number located on the wall and received a call back from the owner, Mike, only a couple minutes after leaving a message. Not only did Mike walk me through the resolution he also refunded the $7 and gave me a good tip on how to avoid an over sudsy machine in the future. Amazing customer service. I will only be visiting this location to wash my blankets moving forward though it's a few miles further from my home”
“Excellent mom and pop cleaners! I go in regularly to get my work clothes cleaned and I'm always very happy with the results. They did an amazing job when I needed my clothes tailored. Their friendly attitude and great prices are why I will not go anywhere else!”
“I was in a panic because none of my suits fit before a work trip In a week, I thought it was hopeless... but she tailored all of my suit jackets, pants, skirts, and dresses so perfectly, in 3 days. Literally blows my mind the before and after, it’s not just shortening pants that are too long - she tailors your clothes to your body. She took a dress that was 2 sizes too big and altered it in shoulders, bust, hips, and length, now it fits like glove. The suit jackets I gave her were too wide in the shoulders and loose in the body and long in the sleeves - NO PROBLEM. Some of the pants I gave her were too SHORT - still not problem. Everything fits like a glove. Get the tailor, it’s totally worth it.”
“I go here to wash my comforters. They work great! There's TV and wifi which is great if you plan on being there for a while because there's no cell signal inside. They sell everything that you need to do laundry in case you forget something. I would definitely recommend.”

“The good thing about orange cleaners is they where open on a Sunday which was really convenient I didn’t expect the price of cleaning one garment to be 18 bucks for a jacket. The quality was OK family owned. It’s all about that. What I do it again probablyJust a big garment”
“I love going here I have been going here since I was a kid with my mom. Ms. Kim always does an amazing job. She is always busy but will give you a ticket to show you what day of the week you can pick up your items. She always gets things done on time and you should probably come a few weeks in advance if you know you’re going to need something sooner rather than later. She takes card but it has to be above $10 I believe, or possibly a bit more. Her work is amazing and I always get my jeans hemmed there.”
