“Today was the first time I went to this Labcorp. I didn’t know what to expect since it’s inside of a pharmacy, but it wasn’t too bad. The waiting area is kind of small, but since you’re in a store you can kind of walk around until it’s your turn to be seen. The phlebotomist was such a sweetheart and she’s really good at her job! When I say she’s good, she seems very skilled at what she does; I didn’t even feel a needle stick like I usually do when I go to one of the other ones.”
“The technician, Kelley was super nice and accommodating. Giving blood is never fun but her friendly demeanor and professionalism put me at ease. She’s a real gem.”
“The phlebotomist was wonderful. Kind, funny, easy to talk to and very efficient. I hardly even felt the venipuncture. Check in on my phone was easy and I had a short wait time before I was called back. Very positive experience.”
“Date of service 5/14/25 afternoon. So- although I defff miss Melissa and Tonia at this location, today I had Claudia, who checked me in (she is a DELIGHTFUL breath of fresh air!! Very positive young lady. She was prompt, yet personable, respectful and understanding with a good outlook on life ;-) I had Vivian as my lab tech, who I also <3. Hard working young lady. “I’ve been here three times and always had good experiences. The staff need to have access to running water and an indoor bathroom. The corporate office needs to supply a full-size trailer for their team.”
“I’m a VERY difficult stick when it comes to bloodwork. No matter how much water I drink, no matter how still I am, my veins love to roll. The two techs at Quest were so sweet and empathetic when it took 4 tries to get me. Two different techs put up with my stupid veins, and they successfully managed to get the stick while being gentle every time they attempted. They were both incredibly personable and did an amazing job at keeping me distracted while I braced the procedure. Even though I had to endear the extra pokes, I’d return back again in a heartbeat. It’s a nightmare every time I have to go for routine labs, and they made the whole thing much more bearable. I left with tips on how to make my next go a bit easier, and was glad to be in such caring hands”

“Appt made easily, was taken in less than a minute after I checked in . The two girls were great and very pleasant. Been using different Labcorp for many yrs now and Deptford has been the best experience.”
“My experience was as good as it gets. I barely finished signing and the ma called me. He found my vein and I was done. In addition, the ma was excellent. No black and blue arm and he found my vein immediately. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process.”
“I made an appt online. Everything was really smooth. The woman who checked me in took my blood and she did great with it. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was very stern though. I was there for overall an 45 mins.”

“I thought this location ran very efficiently while I was here (7am), especially considering that they don’t accept appointments for bloodwork. They had check in kiosks and called me back quickly. I was in the chair for bloodwork within 10 minutes of arriving, despite there being about 20 customers coming and going while I was there.
I have the worst veins for bloodwork and needle anxiety, but Josh was miraculously able to keep me calm and get the job done. I had a very good experience at this location and would highly recommend!”

“Check-in is so convenient and easy to do. I was a walk-in at 7:25 AM and was called back within 10 minutes of arriving. My phlebotomist was excellent and it was a painless stick. He was also very professional and kind. I will come here for my blood work.”
