Very nice store with a helpful staff there. I previously went to the Metro location in Sickerville and had a HORRBILE experience there. I will now only go to the Glassboro location - they are friendly, helpful and PROFESSIONAL, unlike the Sicklerville location!

This location is horrible my home internet device randomly stopped working today I was told to go to this location the lady working there doesn't plug it in doesn't try to fix it do anything I haven't even had this device 5 months and she says oh it's old you need a new one and by the way you're going to have to pay $32 I just paid the bill for this device 3 days ago and I bought the device 5 months ago as I'm leaving she says well call customer service and have them send you a new one. I really don't like this location this the 2nd time i have had issues with this lady. DO NOT GO HERE

Went in the other day to pay my bill like always and the manager VARIFIED it was me and my # like always but somehow my money never made it to paying my phone bill. Metro took my money out of my bank account and even when I showed them verification of payment with the receipt and bank statement, they told me they could do nothing.
I was told by the agent that the manager who took my payment must have credited another account WHICH IS FRAUD and I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES !!
Be very careful at this location Delsea Dr GLASSBORO shaddy management, as I've never had any other issues like this in the 10 years Ive had metro Seems very shady to me and I'll take my business to an honest respectful business

OK I bought my wife a new phone a metro store her old said she was do for an upgrade. The woman was ignorant and so we got I got a phone for and and she charged me full price. instead of upgrade price . Come to find out 2 days later when she called Metro the guy told her that the phone if she would have ordered it online it would be free and she was eligible for an upgrade and she shouldn't have to pay I shouldn't have to pay all that money for the phone the full price so the lady ripped me off and I'll tell you what store it is . It was a Metro store on Delsea Drive in Glassboro it's owned by a family I am disgusted once found out that she was eligible for an upgrade anyway the way you lied to us we pay full price and 2 days later like I said we could have got it online or if you can have price now now since you since I bought the phone my wife and me are upset and everything you want down nowadays money is tight I've been with this Metro 14-years and that's how we get treated I'm going to switch the providers to be honest with you I'm really disgusted with this don't go to that store.

never, EVER go to this location. they will scam you and make you think you’re the one in the wrong for wanting the correct item/your money back. if you have metro as your service provider and you need a new cell phone, specifically an iphone, go to an apple store.
