Metro by T-Mobile has a nice store with a helpful and professional staff. Customers appreciate the friendly service, especially from employees like the tattooed staff member who explains promotions and assists with phone purchases. Janice and Desiree have also been noted for their exceptional help, even when others couldn't provide support. However, there have been some issues, such as a customer who received incorrect information about a phone's capabilities. Overall, many recommend this location for its great service and willingness to assist customers.
My husband and I had to get new phones , was a pleasure and fast. The guy in the store was very helpful, I think his name was Anthony. He needs some heat in that store because it was freezing in there!!

The customer service from the staff was excellent. They were patient as the information from my old phone transferred over to my new phone. They explained whatever we didn't understand. They work great as a team at this location.
