This company is horrible with customer service, I called 611 and machine is retarded, call Metro T-Mobile store and ask for some help and assistance of the account, that people want it help you out they will just tell you to use that app

Went to go get a new phone and all was good until I left, I went onto my account to pay my bill and can't get into my account my pin number and all was changed I can't even get into my account, I tried calling several times and no one ever answers the phone, so now I have to waste gas to drive there to have her fix everything she messed up, so I can get into my account again. Unhappy by far.

They told us they didn't have a couple of phones in stock. Also stated we need to buy certain accessories to get a phone because it was metros policy. I called surrounding stores when I got home n they told me that this glassboro location has inventory of all those phones we inquired about and that we didn't need to buy anything extra and that that was a lie This place is shady and will tell you things are out of stock to get you to buy a more expensive phone so they can get more money in commission They also tell you that you can't get a phone without buying a protector because that's the policy which is also a lie. They are scammers and a dishonest location. They will say whatever lies they can to get more commission on their end Whoever " ALEWIS " is is a horrible worker and should be fired. Shame on the management on letting things like this slide and not doing anything about it.

customer service at this location IS VERY BAD. Find another location where they ACTUALLY have good customer service. I would like to Thank the asst mgr there , she was very helpful and corrected this matter, it was really stressful and unneccesary. I apologize for not remembering your name. This was the 2nd time.
