Service always seems slow like they are dozing behind raised window

HONOR YOUR HOURS PLEASE! parking lot with 4 or 5 cars in it at 1215 on a Saturday and completely closed. I understand you're transitioning from Republic to Fulton but at least honor your hours. Lots of people like myself rely on the only bank open till 1pm on Saturdays. Today of all days I really needed it. Thanks.

okay bank. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. didnt give me a name but one of the ladies here just talks right over you, doesn’t let you explain, and just tells you whatever to get you off the phone i guess. smh
