Completely ignored by a teller named Eiman. She spoke with a co worker about her personal life and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Another teller called me to get her line.

I went to the ATM this morning at a little after 11:00 am. There was no money on the kiosk and it looked like it was closed on the inside. I don't get it. Does customer service cut into bank bonuses? Is the only Wells Fargo Bank in Gloucester County now on Rt. 42?

$10 charge to cash a check and 2 forms of ID and then being highly restrictive and specific about what forms of ID. I should not have to go back home to fetch my passport to cash a check. Having the teller tell me to go to my own bank when leaving is priceless. What a ridiculous bank.
