“They do a great job detailing. However they didn't clean my visor area and I have to clean it myself bc it looks obvious. Plus, I found a small deep scratch on my car's touch screen and my car is leased. They said it was there before and have a video of it but looking at the video I didn't see the scratch and I am OCD so I notice everything and its hard for me to ignore when driving. It hurts my soul seeing a scratch!All I can do is apply blue tape on the screen next time I need it cleaned anywhere and I take it personally someone doesn't take care not to scratch the console or steering wheel or anything ? my car is my baby! Plus when I upgrade I don't want it happening to a newer car but I will talk to them before cleaning and remind them to take care.Maybe they used something to clean the seats and it happened? idk. We live and learn.. But the scratch feels etched into my soul, lol.”
