I was able to get a bouquet of roses, lilies, and sunflowers, all wrapped and bowed within 10 minutes. The store has small section for cards and gift items. “As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“The best! I moved to Verona about a year ago and luckily this place is down the street from me. Sometimes I walk there just to see what they have for the season. The flowers I've purchased from here seem to last longer and grow larger than other garden centers. The prices are not outrageous like some other garden centers as well. It feels nice to not only support a local business but also get a product that is better from a large-chain box store as well. They also have a pretty large selection of seasonal produce, such as jersey tomatoes in the summer Honestly the best part is that in the fall they have really cute farm animals that you can visit!”

“Richfield Farms and Garden Center, located centrally in Clifton is perhaps the quintessential go to place in the area for all your plant and garden needs, and also for some household needs as well. At almost any time during the spring, summer and autumn, there is something special around. From blooming plants and flowers, to their organic farmers market, to fall spectaculars, I never fail to come away with something good or useful. Mind you, the produce prices may be at times on the uppish side, but that's the way organic produce prices work. I always make it a point to get there a few times a year.”
