“Never had any issues in this post office stuff was grate , best post office around the north Jersey. If you have problem here it’s not them its you or your products. I have been in so many post offices around NJ this one is the best on service.”

“I love this little post office. The lady there is Very helpful. A lot of these post offices, they don’t help you and they don’t tell you anything. She let me know that flat rate is the cheapest way to go! She helped me save almost 10 dollars mailing my package to my nephew!”

“I was in and out of this location relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and location was well maintained. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.”
“Say what you want about this place, but likely it’s a USPS problem and not a Lodi thing. IMO this location is immensely better than the Hasbrouck heights one, and staff is much more personable- not to mention they aren’t closed for a full hour in the middle of the day for no reason”

“I don’t know what the complaints are but, the lady I spoke on the phone was nice and help me get my packages delivered. I know they are bad working people here but, the person I’ve spoken told me not too worry and I will sort it out. She did her job and everything got delivered. “I was sending over 20 holiday cards to 5 different countries. I wanted to get Global stamps, but they did not have them. Anyway, after going back and forth on how to make an exact match with the stamps the post office person has, we could not. It was always 10 cents more per letter. I did not want to pay extra and asked him to print a stamp for each letter. And he did. It was extra work for him, but he did it. I wasn't kicking and screaming; I asked nicely if that could be done. An older gentleman came when we were halfway and got aggravated that he had to wait maybe 10- 15 min; he yelled something and left.
I hope all my cards will make it to their destination so my friends and family know that I miss them and love them.

“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”
“My mailman Agit and the post office employee Marsha went all the way to help me with getting my package. I missed the delivery and went to the post office to check if it's still possible to pick it up the day before 4th July. Marsha called Agit and he came back to my house second time and delivered the package. I'm truly grateful both of them for getting my package on time. It's a pleasure to deal with professionals, the people who literally would run an extra mile to help the customers. Thank you again.”
“Good post office location. Open until 6:00PM, counter staff has always been nice and helpful. Downside is the small parking lot that can fill up sometimes. USPS does not maintain the property well, cutting grass, picking up garbage, etc.”

“All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”
“We went to Pearl River Post Office for our passport service. Such a great experience we had over there. Steve and Suraj did take care of everything. Suraj gave us the appointment and the forms to fill in. Once we are there Steve took care of the application process. Took pictures for passport at the Post Office.Customer Care was amazing. “I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
