“Needed a trailer to pickup some large toolboxes that I had purchased. They had exactly what I needed on Friday night I set up online and Saturday morning picked up the trailer.
Staff was very friendly and the process was very quick. They hooked up the trailer and checked my lights. Drop off was also simple that night they were closed, left the trailer in the check In lane and next morning had a receipt in my email.
Now that I know that they have these trailers I’ll be renting them more often.”

“We have rented from this location a few times. Never had any problems. Staff really nice. Great with communication, calls, updates regarding pending rentals etc. Trucks always clean/decent. No issues with mileage charges being adjusted after rental. So far so good. Stress-free location. Keep up the good work!”
“Lance is absolutely a great dude. Rented a car for a few months after our car was deemed totalled. I sat here thinking all these car rental places want a good amount of money a credit card utility bill and the blood of your last child. It was a very easy process and affordable. The cars aren't like enterprise and other car rentals but it got out son to school everyday and is back and forth to work. Thank you so much Lance !

“Well I was paying more for the unit but didn’t know so while I was paying for that unit Stacy one of the employees said …. U know u can get something bigger for what I paying now ? Not even knowing I needed more space but just couldn’t handle the storage rent .. I jump at the chance … he didn’t even know he was saving my life ..
& when I went to do the agreement he was there as well as Ms. Kim whom serenaded me with funny stories until another client came in where she helped immediately and then when she was done, came right back to me and showed me The attention and respect that I didn’t even know what,
See what I like about this storage place it’s always a common face always a funny story to be heard or said and always Respectful and professional .
I’ve been there for years and I’m not leaving until I get my home but just to have some stuff safe. I feel like even having my stuff still there would be a great idea. Reason Plus, it gives me a reason to just have some good old chitchat With the employees because no matter who you Who you talk to there’s always A friendly face! On a scale from one to 10 I definitely give them a 20..
So now I see I have never sent this review and she’s been sitting in my phone. The crazy thing is now I got another unit & Radford save my life again .. got a bigger unit for cheap . .. so now I have 2 unit for cheap . I’m like ok Radford ‘ but n my head I’m like …. ‘ LET HIM COOK … ‘ YALL Krazy not to grab a unit .. protect ur shit get wit my homies & them..”
