“I had such a positive experience with this business. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I truly appreciated the honesty and clear communication. AJ took the time to test drive my car and explain how the brakes and pads work in a way I could understand. I initially thought I needed new brake pads, but after a thorough inspection, he told me my front brakes were still at about 50% and didn’t need servicing yet.
Even though he came prepared to do the job, he didn’t push unnecessary work just to make a sale. That kind of integrity is rare these days, especially in the auto world.
