“Incredible service! Highly recommend this store if you're looking for a friendly neighborhood experience. I had a stubborn tail light that I couldn't take off my car to change the bulb, the store manager came out to take a look. In 87 degree heat he tried everything he could to help–watched a video, used pliers and brute force but nothing worked. At risk of breaking it we had to give up. “Initially I went across the street to a different store for a headlight. The guys there couldn't figure out what kind of headlight I needed and were telling me I had to go to a body shop around the corner. I felt like this was a bit extreme for a headlight so I decided to cross right over to Auto Zone and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Verron and CJ find the proper headlight for my car, they went above and beyond and installed it for me even though my car is a bit tough to deal with! They were so nice and professional and really knew what they were doing. They made my day, I know I would've spent so much more money if I'd listened to the employees of the competition's store.
