In one instance, the manager personally assisted with online orders when the system was down, showing patience and dedication. Tom, a staff member, provided excellent service by quickly replacing a battery and offering helpful advice on vehicle warning lights, demonstrating a great attitude. Another employee, Nathaniel, was also praised for his assistance. Although they were out of one part, customers appreciated the good prices and the overall helpfulness of the staff. The team’s commitment makes Advance Auto Parts a reliable place for auto needs.
Andrew (GM) and Victor are hands down the best of the best. Both gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable and have 11/10 customer service. They know where everything is exactly in the store. They are both the faces of the store! Please give them raises!

Helpful people at the counter. Need to arrive at certain times or it'll be so crowded, good luck with service. We arrived just on time. The man was very accommodating with finding parts for the trailer.
