Tom, a staff member, provided excellent service by quickly replacing a battery and offering helpful advice on vehicle warning lights, demonstrating a great attitude. Another employee, Nathaniel, was also praised for his assistance. Although they were out of one part, customers appreciated the good prices and the overall helpfulness of the staff.
