Mohammed helped me to find a very nice table for my craft room. He ordered the table for me, and it was delivered and set up as promised! The delivery/set up team was equally courteous and professional. The delivery was set up the day before. the crew arrived on-time and everything was setup in about 15 minutes. The delivery crew took away all of the trash and boxes too! Last but not least, the prices at All Brands are EXCELLENT! I highly recommend.”
“I bought an office chair at Casey's nearly 5 years ago. I had a problem with the swivel section of the chair. I was afraid I would have to buy a new chair. I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. The replacement swivel came and within 10 days, my chair was fixed (not even a labor charge). Good service. Thank you.”

She helped throughout the entire process, sent me a swatch that showed the color of the sectional, and coordinated the delivery date. Nancy was a great help in answering my questions on the phone and forwarding any additional questions to the appropriate people. Scott, the store manager, ensured the sectional was delivered on the exact day that was stated on my invoice and followed up with any questions I had. I appreciate his attention to detail and for genuinely inquiring that I received the product on time and to my satisfaction.
