“Great experience and outcome. Didn’t want to buy from a drop-shipping website. Wanted a local (ish) store. Delighted with Pool Tables Plus. Eric was super helpful from the first time I’d spoke to him. We visited the store, just to get a feel for the tables and the people. Ordered the table and within two weeks it was delivered and set up by two great guys - Richard and Marvin. Start to finish, great people and a great experience!”

“Not one single bad thing to say about my entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and everyone was courteous and helpful. Mohammed helped me to find a very nice table for my craft room. He ordered the table for me, and it was delivered and set up as promised! The delivery/set up team was equally courteous and professional. The delivery was set up the day before. the crew arrived on-time and everything was setup in about 15 minutes. The delivery crew took away all of the trash and boxes too! Last but not least, the prices at All Brands are EXCELLENT! I highly recommend.”
“I bought an office chair at Casey's nearly 5 years ago. I had a problem with the swivel section of the chair. I was afraid I would have to buy a new chair. I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. The replacement swivel came and within 10 days, my chair was fixed (not even a labor charge). Good service. Thank you.”
