Word to the wise, if you can book an appointment online, you will be prioritized and get in and out much quicker ?.”

The Technician who took my blood is very courteous and friendly. She was an expert in drawing blood and was able to locate a vein without any difficulty. I am always very impressed and happy with this Quest Diagnostic Location!”

“I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.”
“There was no wait like there always is in Westfield. The receptionist was so happy and kind, and Malik took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing. And she was kind and asked if I was okay. Those two are a beautiful team!”

“This Quest diagnostics location is on the ground floor of the building with the Bernardsville library. It's a little difficult to find the first time, just park in the library lot and walk down the ramp or steps. I made an appointment, they called me right on time, and it was almost painless. Be sure to make an appointment!”
“Amir is the best! He took care of my oldest and for the first time in 10 years she didnt cry or moved. I took my 18 month old and a different lady took care of her and she was not very personable. She got the vein but the blood wasnt coming out fast enough so she kept wiggling the needle inside my baby. We left and came back to see Amir. She put a Band-Aid that was so tight it made a mark. He is super friendly and kind. I expressed to him that the blood wasnt coming out yesterday so he put a warm compress to stimulate blood flow prior to pricking her and that made a big difference. When he finished he put a flexible wrap instead of a bad-aid, which was the best thing for a baby. Of course babies cry but knowing how to take care of them and the extra steps to take to make the process go smoothly is what makes Amir great.”
