I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!”
