The team is always really helpful when I have any questions and if there is a problem it is solved same day.Not only is the local Hackensack branch amazing, the remote team that handles online banking will call me personally to handle any issues or inform me of potential security concerns. “This Wells Fargo (At 1 Johnson Ave, Hackensack, NJ) has the most professional team ever. I am always greeted by a team member or even the manager with a very warm welcome when I walk in. They always take care of my banking needs and explain to me everything they're doing every step of the way. I trust them and respect them a lot. Recently I referred a few of my friends and they love this branch just as much as I do.”

“I went out of my way to come and write a positive review here. I often come into this bank location in the afternoon and see a long line and misplaced/misdirected anger from customers.First of all, the employees here are absolutely lovely, despite their branch not having adequate staff to fit this location’s needs. At lunch time, the two tellers alternate taking their (well-deserved) lunch break. It’s completely unfair that these tellers apologize profusely, provide excellent service, and have to face this situation day after day of angry customers (due to a staffing issue that is out of their control). Management needs to allow more employees to work during lunch hour because these sweet people do NOT deserve the verbal abuse they receive every day!I’d like to especially commend Nancy, the sweetest woman, who is so professional and excels with her customer service etiquette. She is always pleasant no matter how many customers are in line. She is quick and efficient and always brings a smile to my face. I hope this branch gives Nancy and the rest of the employees the help they need by hiring more staff to help out. Thank you all for working your best to serve your customers under truly unfair circumstances.”

“I must say that of all the year's I've been banking, Wells Fargo takes the best care of me, hands down. However, I find it a bit suspect that they’ll increase my credit card limit but won’t give me a personal loan, even though I have exemplary credit and have been with them for a good while. That rubs me the wrong way so, I’ve given them 4 stars. Should very well be 3 because of that but the fourth star is for the employees - they are always nice. I’m coming through this year once again, WF. I’m an excellent customer. Hook a sister up! I’m trying to do some great things, out here! :)(I will edit this post with an update people so, be on the lookout. This review will either take one star up or three stars back, leaving one, like I said, for the employees because they truly are always nice.12/2024They finally gave me a loan. Thnx, WF. “I have been banking with Bank of America for many years. I opened my account in the great state of Texas, I have moved a few times and never wanted to change banks. They have always been extremely helpful with either minor or bigger problems. I can not believe that the tellers are rude at all. I have visited the hackensack location a few times and the tellers have been very pleasant and polite. I have seen people being rude towards the tellers. I can understand people getting frustrated by having to wait a bit longer in line to actually see a teller but we MUST ALL be patient. Everyone is always in a hurry now days and specially with this pandemic causing more stress. Come on people, give yourselves 5 extra minutes and be kind towards anyone that provide any kind of public service.”
