Jessica the mngr was the one person that got the job done after spending hours on the phone with Chase customer service the previous day and a half with no results, Jessica spent nearly an hour with me emailing and calling to resolve my issue with complete satisfaction. “I must say that of all the year's I've been banking, Wells Fargo takes the best care of me, hands down. However, I find it a bit suspect that they’ll increase my credit card limit but won’t give me a personal loan, even though I have exemplary credit and have been with them for a good while. That rubs me the wrong way so, I’ve given them 4 stars. Should very well be 3 because of that but the fourth star is for the employees - they are always nice. I’m coming through this year once again, WF. I’m an excellent customer. Hook a sister up! I’m trying to do some great things, out here! :)(I will edit this post with an update people so, be on the lookout.
