“I was treated very nicely by Ms. Parra every time I went to this bank. I especially appreciate her because I am not even an M&T customer. I use another bank closer to my home but I went by M&T in Lodi to close out my mother's account after she passed away. Ms. Parra and her co-worker were very helpful and professional during this emotionally difficult process. She was so nice even though it was not going to lead to me becoming an M&T customer. I like my current bank, but if I ever had to switch banks I would go to M&T because of Ms. Parra.”

“The few times I have gone to this branch, I was greeted right way. I had a few questions about my accounts and was offered to be seated with a personal banker the personal banker I was greeted by is named Christopher Brito.. from the few seconds I expressed my concerns he found every possible way to make me feel comfortable and to help me make helpful decisions, I’m really pleased to have met Christopher he is a very passionate banker and a great role model for that branch..! We need more bankers like him ??FYI: I highly recommend scheduling appointments online to meet with each banker through the online since they are on appointments bases only.”
