“I've come here quite a few times in the past year. The tellers always look so unhappy and never smile. I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! Exchanging a smile might make your day a little brighter too!”

“The few times I have gone to this branch, I was greeted right way. I had a few questions about my accounts and was offered to be seated with a personal banker the personal banker I was greeted by is named Christopher Brito.. from the few seconds I expressed my concerns he found every possible way to make me feel comfortable and to help me make helpful decisions, I’m really pleased to have met Christopher he is a very passionate banker and a great role model for that branch..! We need more bankers like him ??FYI: I highly recommend scheduling appointments online to meet with each banker through the online since they are on appointments bases only.”

“I went to the Wells Fargo Bank anywhere all the time. The teller man offered me and I joined Wells Fargo Bank for saving and checking accounts in June 2016. I still have run Wells Fargo Bank for 7 years. Wells Fargo Bank is the best and has good quality! I was talking to the lady all the time communicating with notes and pens. The lady is the boss and the lady is a very nice and friendly person. I want to sign up for a credit card but unfortunately, they don’t approve me. I can’t get the credit cards. No worries, I will get credit cards someday. I hope that they will guarantee 100 percent. I will be patient and faithful and take my time. Checking and Savings account are good because I always go to the bank for deposits in the saving account that’s important for me to best for life.”

I'm here now to give them a 4 star because they must have started reading the reviews. The service is incredible now and everyone always has a smile on their face . I now feel like a legit customer. A few more visits of this new staff and this will become a 5 star. Oh yeah and I'm upset Debbie is no longer there . She was the greatest manager of all time”

“Not sure why this location gets so much hate. I went here for some work (this is not the branch I go to usually) and the lady and gentleman behind the counters were super efficient and helpful. There is usually a big line but it is not the fault of the branch or the people working there. The tellers were trying best to get help the people in a fast manner. The lady and the gentleman - Julian (I hope I got the name right) are very helpful and help you if you are eligible for any products that save you a few $”
