Every time I go to Budget to get my rental. Which is about twice a month. They always take care of me. Cars are always clean and ready for me to pick up. The process is always quick. I'm always out within 10 minutes.

Upon arriving at the Hackensack location, I was greeted by friendly and efficient staff. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure I had all the necessary information for my rental. The wait time was minimal, which I appreciated, especially since I was in a hurry.
