Terrible costumer services, in this location the car they gave us was dirty, the wipers weren’t working, they gave us a car that we didn’t choose, we also found food in the car… but when we returned it they checked that everything was super clean… terrible experience.

We have reservation and we came to pick up the car but location was closed, we called them many times nobody answered the phone, dont waste your time going there

The lady that works at this local has terrible manners. She doesn’t greet you and unpleasant to deal with. And budget doesn’t have customer support for existing customers on Sunday. But if you want to rent a car on Sunday and take new money. That’s no issue.
