I’ve been going consistently for some time now, thankfully! But it’s all thanks to coach Crys!! She has a such a pleasant vibe and energy when walking into her project AM classes! It makes working out fun even for 6am 😅 and everybody else is super nice! So happy I found Femme!

I love this all-women’s fitness center. The trainers and reception staff are wonderful, the morning classes are intense in the best way, and the trainers really pay attention to form and progress. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. I only wish I had joined sooner.
