“Just fundamentals. It must be hard to get all the basic things right because so many gyms can't combine these:Right amounts of equipment for everyone. I'm into powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding, and all the equipment I would want for any one of those is here and available 90% of the time when I need it. There's a section for crosstraining, and there are punching bags. The layout makes the space feel bigger than it is, even though there is as much equipment crammed in the building as possible. I don't mind working out in a hole in the ground, but this space feels well... spacious. There are windows. There's a balcony and one corner dedicated to cardio equipment, and it seems like there's plenty. Rowing machines, too!Employees who aren't pre-suicidal. I guess working the desk at a gym is a hard job to stay invested in because most gyms have employees who don't seem happy to he there. These employees greet you. Seems like every time. Great way to start a workout.Things are clean and where they're supposed to be. The dumbells are, wait for it... on the dumbell rack. Every time. Barbell is unloaded in the power rack almost every time I get here.Other stuff: people use chalk because it's a gym. People can record because it's a gym. You're allowed to drop bumper plates because they're bumper plates. Just common sense stuff that other places get wrong. This place is awesome. It's worth a drive if the gyms near you are more typical.”

“I just joined this gym. If you are within walking distance to this fitness center, this is an absolute no brainer must join gym. There are almost no good pictures of this place online, so when I walked in I was amazed at what the gym had to offer. The machines and equipment are older models, but very clean and very functional, great back, shoulder, leg, all around machines to compliment the free weights. I am a serious weight lifter and I am able to get all of my workouts done here as they have also have a real barbell station for squatting and deadlifting purposes. Dumbbells only go to 85 lbs, but thats not the end of the world. There are 4 good new treadmills and they have some classes. The membership includes a hot tub, pool and saunas. There is a decent locker room. Can't believe the 1 star reviews.....for a residential setting this is not as extensive as your ordinary commercial gym, but is definitely 100% good enough. Membership options vary, make sure you ask before you sign up. I got a small discount for purchasing two memberships (me and my gf) and another for prepaying for 6 months. I like 5 minute walk away so I love this place”
