Femme Fitness is a great women’s only gym with helpful staff and great amenities. Christiana Shannon, a dedicated and skilled personal trainer; has improved my fitness journey. Her personalized approach and encouraging assistance helped me attain my goals. The group classes are also very fun. I recommend Femme Fitness to any woman seeking a welcoming and productive exercise experience.

This place is amazing! First off everyone here is superrrrrrr friendly, (staff and the people coming to workout.) It is very clean inside and just overall a really great place. Nobody judges you because in the end we are all there for the same reason! 10/10 highly recommend going.

A little over a year ago, I joined a private women's gym and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all members. What I love most about this gym is how inclusive and welcoming everyone is. Regardless of your fitness level or background, you are embraced with open arms. I always leave feeling motivated and inspired by the supportive community here. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and empowering fitness experience.

I finally found a gym that I love!!! I knew I would Love this gym the first day I signed up!!! It’s a little more intimate than other gyms, BUT don’t let that fool you from getting an amazing workout in! The classes have been my favorite so far! I’ve also gotten a great PT session in with Chris and she destroyed my legs! SIGN UP! You’ll love it :)

the concept and idea is cool. the person working at the front desk is very nice. I just don’t think the lowest rate of $44 is worth it a month, since it’s missing a lot of equipment. and unfortunately had a lingering unpleasant smell when I visited.

Just visited the Femme gym for the first time, I loved the environment, the place is so clean and well ventilated, also the front office ladies were very welcoming! I attended Zumba class with Lama, she’s outstanding! The class was so energetic and motivating and would absolutely do it again.

Femme is amazing, everyone who works there & the members are so nice and supportive - makes it feel like a safe space. It is super clean & modern. The variety of classes available are great especially after work hours as someone who works 9-5! And the pricing is so much more affordable than any other boutique gym or studio I've been a member at before! I always highly recommend :)

I’ve been training with Sheri for almost 2 years and it’s been a great experience! Sheri’s positivity and energy is very motivating. I’ve noticed more tone in my arms recently ? and look forward to continuing to work with her. If you’re looking for a gym in the Hackensack area, I would definitely recommend Femme. Marie at the front desk is fantastic and Femme has a great atmosphere!
