I've taken two cars here for a total of 5 alignments over the course of a year. Every alignment has resulted in the steering wheel being off center while the car pulls to the left. There is something wrong with either the alignment machines, or the personnel utilizing the machines. Beyond this, though I do most of my own maintenance and keep my own mileage logs, I instructed by the personnel to:
- Replace tire that were only 50% worn with no visible issues
- Replace an engine air filter that I changed less than 5000 miles ago
- Perform an oil change that is not due for another 1500 miles (was told that "black oil = dirty", which is patently false, black oil simply means the oil is working).
Will not be returning, I've given them too many chances to properly perform rudimentary tasks, but the facility cannot seem to do so...

This company employess are very incompetent and doesn't follow directions. I'm reading all the reviews very poor service. I'm making numerous complaints. I spoken with Kevin who claims he is the manger. I give you zero stars. I don't recommend. I usually go to Firestone in Pa never had one issue come here can't get anything right. I'm making numerous complaints. Start providing better services to customers. ;;(((((

Good morning,
I waited two two hours for the two front tires installation, The worst thing was the tire valve on the new drivers side front tire was leaking so I had a flat on the highway and had to spend another to another $ 50 bucks to have the valve replaced. John the service rep was good though. The mechanic who worked on my X5 was careless. Disappointing.

Avoid this place at all cost. These guys are typical “dealer style” scam artists.

I have to wait for too long (3 hours) just for oil change, and “tire rotation” (in quotation marks), because they never made tire rotation, no matter it appears on the invoice.
Very disappointed with this service.

Firestone was amazing! They assessed the problems with my car accurately. Then they conferred with me about pricing before they did work on the car. I needed several things done on the car and they got all the parts immediately and fixed the car in one day. This is a rare amazing auto service. I highly recommend that you bring your car to Firestone for any problem any day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience. Brought in an AWD car in with four bad tires that belongs to a friend with severe financial difficulties (and I'm not wealthy either). Explained entire $ituation. Although four new tires is clearly the usual and optimal fix for an AWD, the advisor listened, was friendly and helpful, and recommended the two new tires now and two more later route. That he was so helpful (and not pressuring me) opened up some space for me to feel better about considering all options. I eventually sprang for four new tires of a higher quality to ensure my friend's safety, and felt good about doing so. Yes, of course, they did other inspections and told me of other things that needed doing, but the advisor had heard me about the financial background of things and never pressured me into any of it (it's also just a leased car). I would return here, if only for the behavior of the advisor. Good experience.

Jay was an absolute delight. We all know that mechanics can be crooks sometimes and it’s very difficult to find someone reliable. But Jay saved us time and money. He made sure to check our car first before bringing it in to make sure we don’t pay for unnecessary items. He was also super informative as my husband and I know nothing about cars. We came back to pick up our car after an oil change was needed and a new filter and that’s it. No pressure to do more recommendations. They give you a report for that’s needed for the car if you need one. For anyone coming make sure to be nice so you can get good care. Thanks Jay! Happy Holidays!

Every time I've been to this Firestone location they have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and upfront with me. Have been to other auto chain outlets and Firestone is the best bang for your buck.

I had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me they cannot find the lug nut unlock key. I know for sure I had it in the glove box the morning before bringing it in. I am not saying they took it, but after my experience it’s certainly a possibility. I paid the extra $90 for them to break off the locks which I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for. Then I got told there’s a problem. The problem ended up being that the mechanics didn’t know what size tires go in the front and back for my model. They are supposed to be “professional” mechanics that do this all day and they didn’t even think to look at the side of my door for the tire info?? It wasn’t a problem, it was just their incompetence. I also had to wait another 30 minutes since they put the wrong sized tires on the rims and had to redo fitting the correct sized tires on all 4 rims. And they didn’t even replace the lug nuts for me, apparently the $90 extra charge was to just break off the lug nuts. Now I have a slow tire leak. I paid $320 for 3.5 hours of frustration and now I need to send it back to a competent shop to figure out the SLOW AIR LEAK FROM MY TIRE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRESTONE. Also my car wobbles now when I accelerate on the highway. This place actually made my car drive worse. Unbelievable. And the clown at the front desk tried charging me $450 as the total sum. I don’t know if that’s a common tactic or not but I absolutely had none of that and all of a sudden he must’ve “realized” his mistake I guess because then it got brought down to $320. For a tire change. Do not waste your time and money on this place.
I genuinely feel like I got scammed and cheated from this place.

I’m literally writing this review from the parking lot of this location, Hackensack New Jersey. I’m unsure if Firestone intentionally trains their employees to try and take advantage of people with bait and switch sales techniques or to not disclosing the entire truth over the phone, but it’s seems every single time with them it’s always a different story in person. On November 27th 2024, I called Firestone in Hackensack NJ to ask about their “lifetime alignment” and to ask about the price. I was advised over the telephone that it’s normally $210 but if I go in on Black Friday only(today November 29,2024) , it’s on sale for $169. So I make an appointment for that day. An hour before I call and confirm the price and was assured that today only it’s on sale. At this time I have inquired twice, was offered the service at $169 twice and never advised on any additional contingencies. I arrive at the scheduled time and was advised in person that “the $169 price is only with a purchase of 4 new tires.” It was only in person, when they lured me in the door, did they disclose the contingency of purchase. I feel this is a very deceptive practice and about on par for other negative reviews on this location. It is my personal believe they exercise these sales techniques to take advantage of people who do not know any better than to walk away when they reengineer their sales script in person. They best part is had they been truthful from the beginning I would have made the appointment expecting to pay the $210 price. However after experiencing first hand their accepted culture if untruthfulness, I would rather give my money to anyone else. The day this location closes for good, it will be a great service to the automotive community as there would be one less unscrupulous repair shop in the world.
