I have been going to great White for 11 years and I look forward to my 7 AM class and what is in store that day. Workouts are hard but always easy to adjust and still get a full body workout. I live the coaches and the community is amazing. My 7 AM crew keeps accountable and no way to slack off.

The best place in New Jersey. This CrossFit has an amazing vibe, and every people is very friendly. I would never trade a place. They have great staff head coaches. 💯 % recommended!
