“My first experience at the store was great! I called in for a specific product and spoke to a sales associate named Alex. He checked the floor for me but unfortunately they didn’t have the product. He called back in a few minutes and said he went to the back and found the product I was looking for. This is something out of the ordinary in a good way because usually employees aren’t so accommodating. I went to the store and Alex gave great customer service. He was well informed with the products the store has and goes above and beyond with customer service. I recommend this place due to my first experience and an add on they are pet friendly.”

“I love the food here; I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I just have one suggestion: the way you package the food. For example, I ordered this waffle with honey, strawberry, and almond butter. The almond butter is hard and concentrated in one spot, and the honey has been absorbed by the waffle. It would be great if you could package those toppings separately. Thanks!”

“I’ve been to many whole good before but this is one of my favorite. The flower selection is great the fruits and veggies are always a fantastic choice and I never have a problem trying to find anything. The staff is super helpful and always helps me when I have questions about a new product. My only problem I have is that the hot food doesn’t have a great choices or options. I usually don’t go there for there hot food though so it’s not a big deal for me but I would definitely come back to shop there!”

“I had a return to carry out via Amazon. I also needed to speak to a manager regarding an item not scanned by a nervous employee from last week. Management had left at around 5pm. I spoke to a lovely young lady called JESSICA, who asks if she could potentially. I told the issue and asked when would be a good time to return. She advised me that she could help if I was ok with it and the steps she’d take to rectify the issue. She did exactly as advised and showed me photos she’d taken (with my permission) of my phone photos and item. Very polite and efficient. Her colleague Chari/aly (?) witnessed it all and was also professional and complimented my accent.
Wholefoods loses a point due to the queue for check out because the self service was closed (potential fault perhaps) but I feel the queue could have not reached the flower section (25-30 customers deep) if there were more staff to check people out. It reduced down to the hot food section. I made a quick 3 item collection from downstairs but which time the line was almost as bad as when I first arrived. I put the items back and left. It was rush hour - this could have been a factor but very off putting. Customer service was similar at the top of the escalator. Thankfully I only wanted snacks which I picked up in CVS opposite. I’m hoping the issue has been resolved.
I get anxious when stores are busy and prefer to check myself out when I do smaller shops.
Store is well stocked most of the time. And if not staff are knowledgeable when restock date. I wish this branch sold white eggs! Everything else is a great experience.
I’d prefer less quantity and more variety for fruit. I have to go to Union Square for Plantain and small finger / bandito bananas. Which is weird for me as I would think Harlem vs lower Manhattan would have a better ethnic variety as they’re about the same size for their 1st and basement floors imho.”

“I was one of HealthSource Pharmacy's original customers. I started going there back in 2001,when there was only one store. I got to know the owner so well, I consider HealthSource Pharmacy, as a second family. Having tried CVS, recently I could feel the difference. Not only were the pharmacists at CVS a bit robotic. CVS does not even carry every single drug available in the USA! HealthSource Pharmacy provides me with, all my prescription drug needs as well as all vaccines. The owner has also given me invaluable medical advice. The staff members have all been friendly over the years, calling me by name. It’s a very progressive local pharmacy. So, in closing it essentially comes down to this: When you have a cold Chicken Soup, along with HealthSource Pharmacy, which is an unbeatable combination!”
