“Live couple blocks away on Jefferson, went over to see the store and loved the selection. I bought a St. Pattys themed candle. Love buying candles that are not mass produced with harmful chemicals in them. Candle smelt great and natural. Will be back for coffee and food to try and also looking to get a couple more gifts. Definitely a cool spot to stop by and shop for gifts that are more unique and rare than other places.”

I spent over 45 minutes with customer service on the phone and they were not able to help me and the whole situation was a massive mess. I ended up going in the store and Steve the wonderful gentleman that works there took so much time And helped me out figure out the whole issue. He is the absolute GOAT made me super happy :)”

“New to the area , coming from Virginia beach . We only have one store there too i noticed we only have this one here as well.
Food , products are all good like in any other . I noticed the people working are disconnected to what customer service is . They have people who will be best at interacting with people filling online orders and people who doesn’t thrive at customer service in the cashiers section. The lady today was overwhelmed by having me and another customer I was like … you have no one else in the line nor does the rest of cashiers , every cashier was with an average of 2 people . The lady seem cranky and like didn’t want to be there. My comment here is select better the people who are often in interaction with the customer or rotate them so they don’t give a bad impression of what is to work at wholefoods.”
