“My first experience at the store was great! I called in for a specific product and spoke to a sales associate named Alex. He checked the floor for me but unfortunately they didn’t have the product. He called back in a few minutes and said he went to the back and found the product I was looking for. This is something out of the ordinary in a good way because usually employees aren’t so accommodating. I went to the store and Alex gave great customer service. He was well informed with the products the store has and goes above and beyond with customer service. I recommend this place due to my first experience and an add on they are pet friendly.”

“Visited for the first time, a beautiful place. Some items were higher priced than other organic markets. They didn't have all the items I needed. They are working on restocking. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They did have some coupons for the items that I bought. For me it's not as convenient as other stores to shop. When I'm in the area, I will stop in to pick up some specialty items.”

“My god this place has no right to be as good as it is. I had the quiche and the kale chicken salad and both were 1) quite substantial and 2) some of the best I’ve ever had. “This location is always packed for a reason. I really like the service at the meat and seafood counter, all workers there are great! Also you will get good quality items at decent prices. This location always have everything on stock, so it is reliable which I find amazing because most big supermarkets for some reason always have their shelves half empty. It's also a great location for buying Hispanic ingredients and brands they have a very wide variety of products from fresh, frozen or basic ingredients, sauces, etc. ranging from Argentina to Mexico and everything in between. I was able to find some items I needed and that was a first because specially on the UES where Hispanic food is very hard to find.”

“The treats were excellent, quality, flavor, not too sweet and truly delicious. However, I work for hisidic jews so I thought this would be a nice kosher treat to bring into the office, but unfortunately, this is not the correct kind of kosher, so it was a waste. KOF-K kosher is not the same as Pareve kosher, and the nice man who was working that day unfortunately did not know the difference.”

“I'm a first timer here. What you'll find here is an array of unique flowers and plants. For instance hybrid geraniums, which are beautiful, but aren't ordinarily found in most farms. They also have a vegetable market and sell fresh breads, donuts and pies. The owners are super nice and very helpful.”

I really appreciate Joel who helps me out every time when I come in with my son. He works week days and knows about every single one of their juice cleanses. “This is the BEST Whole Foods- Ive been going to the one in my neighborhood for 24 years. I walk a little extra -through Madison Square Park to this one on Madison because of the overall quality of the produce, dairy (not sold out- it seems the whole Foods closest to me has people shopping for their groceries & since COVID it has doubled(?) - so many times I cannot find the milk or other dairy) and the butcher department is incredible. The only area that seems "lean" is the bread department- but it is still good. This is a wonderful food shopping experience- and a membership in Prime helps with the sales.”

“Really good store with a large selection. The store is clean. The hot food buffet is not as good as it was pre-covid, but it's not bad. There are three small "restaurants" to order from if you don't like the buffet. The bread has gone downhill after covid. Pre-covid the bread was phenomenal but now all of their bread tastes like sourdough.”

“Live couple blocks away on Jefferson, went over to see the store and loved the selection. I bought a St. Pattys themed candle. Love buying candles that are not mass produced with harmful chemicals in them. Candle smelt great and natural. Will be back for coffee and food to try and also looking to get a couple more gifts. Definitely a cool spot to stop by and shop for gifts that are more unique and rare than other places.”

“The juices in this place are fresh, the staff it friendly. I suggest downloading the app, that way you can gain points. The shots (beauty, vitality, relax and Energy, they are all great) however my favorite is the Chlorophyll which hydrates you and helps you use the bathroom. My favorites juices so far are Citrus 1 if you love Coconut and want hydration as well as a good cleanse. Roots 3 is my favorite, and if you need to relax take the relax shot. Worth coming here !!!!”

“This place is excellent! I was in the neighborhood for work and I wanted healthy food and this was the first place that came up. They have great grab and go options as well as smoothies, soup, mushroom burgers and plant based entrees to go. I had the vanilla peanut protein smoothie, tofu scramble and vegetable soup. All were delicious and the staff is very friendly. I wish I lived closer because I'd go back all the time. Thank you for offering healthy food at prices that are reasonable!”

Pretty extensive in size, there’s a whole section dedicated to specialty and health products as well as a a deli counter with pastries, wraps, sandwiches and freshly pressed fruit juices or smoothies. There’s also a self-serve coffee & tea counter.”
