“Im having a good experience at extra space storage. I’m actually at this Extra Space Storage location right now, and I have to say I’ve had a great experience. The staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable. They’re always willing to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly.
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I like that access to the storage units is simple and convenient, while still having good security measures in place, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
Overall, this is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used so far. Great customer service, excellent security, and easy access make it a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable storage unit. Five stars!”

“Climate controlled 5x5 at a price that can't be beat. Compared to the Extra Space on river street, the storage unit is very clean and tidy. The staff is nice and attentive to your needs. The hours are a bit restrictive but are not a downside for me since I access the space mainly for seasonal goods. This is a great neighborhood storage unit that I very much prefer not only for the cost and location but for the general service they provide.”
