“Christian and Brian were both extremely helpful and kind on the phone and in person. Explained everything and walked me through doing the pin code and the lock and key. Very nice and professional.”

“Got to have a permit if you’re picking up. They verify the vin on the truck to the permit. Easy in and out situation. Once you email them the permit they dock you and start. 30 mins in and out”

“Dominique and Rebecca yes, we’re very courteous and helpful. I’m having such a stressful day trying to move and they made it so less painful than it had to be. I appreciate them both. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you you guys.”

“was very pleased with the cross-country move that AIO did for my daughter. I spoke with Steve, who was excellent in explaining the process and who encouraged me to seek quotes from other movers to compare. At the end of the day, I chose AIO because of Steve's integrity and honesty. The icing on the cake was AIO's moving crew. Though I was on the other side of the country, the movers were on time and very helpful to daughter. Though her belongs were small and took up less than an eighth of the truck size space, they treated it with the same care as a full sized move. We were flexible with the delivery window. They gave us a two to three week window for the cross country move. And AIO delivered on-time and within budget. The only suggestion I have for AIO is to have some sort of online tracking of the move, similar to FedEx or UPS. With today's technology and apps this should be fairly easy to implement. And it would have earned a 5 star rating. wcf”

“Made a short-notice reservation for a box truck (I needed it the next day), the person on the phone helped me out, set me up with the exact size i wanted and we were able to pick it up at 9am. 19.99 rental plus cost per mile. had it for about 6 hours and the total came to just over $100. That's pretty good IMO - especially since I've had many problems in the past with places that say "we have it" and then I show up and they go "we don't have that size, but...."”
