Good branch overall. Sometimes the lines are long if you need to sit and speak to a representative (would be nice if hired another employee) but overall friendly and reliable service

I had a very positive experience with Jeffrey at your Hackensack location next to the Burger King. I had a somewhat difficult situation that needed to be corrected with my ATM card.
