“I don't normally write reviews but I felt Whole pets market in Hackettstown went above and beyond. I just went in to browse as I have always passed by but never went in. I was greeted by Lily who was very kind. She assisted me with all my questions and showed me all of the various brands they carry. A few moments later while I was looking at the animals the manager Chrissy came up to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I went into the store just to check the place out but I left with some treats for my dog and a new go to place for anything pet related. The products they carry are quality and the entire store was well organized and clean but the real plus was the superb customer service that I was given during my quick visit. I will be coming back again!”
“Went here day after Christmas for 2 Chinese Dwarf Hamsters as a gift to our 9 year old son. The owner-Jim- is super nice and informative and helped us make a smart choice. You can’t get type of experience in a large pet shop. Would certainly go back if needed even though it’s 50 minutes from our home. Well worth it.”
