“I don't even know where to start, in a good way. This review is long overdue! My dog LOVES this team 1. From front desk/reception, management, techs and vets, Budd Lake Animal Hospital is the best practice I have come across. My lil guy, Stuart, knows when I tell him we're going to see his besties (aka the vet), the happy wiggles start and we are on our way 2. Every single staff member here is kind, personable & have made my pup, as well as myself, feel so secure. Everyone makes Stuart and I feel like family :) 3. Cost for services absolutely 10/10, beyond reasonable.I have never felt like I was being oversold or pushed in any means for products (RX's, food, insurance, etc.) 4. If something, such as, a price/treatment, surgical cost, etc, they are more than willing to break down the explanation and help you to understand 5. Stu adores his besties & I am so happy to have found such a reasonable, personable & caring practice/staff. Thank you for your amazing work as well as making Stuart and I beyond welcomed :)”

“My vet and multiple other vets (at least 5 in my area, even an emergency vet) couldn't take my dog in when she was very hurt/sick. Tranquility got us in that day and provided great care, antibiotics and pain medication. They really took time with us and cared even though we are not regular clients. A+ from us. Thank you Tranquility”

“My son and I had to put our cat to sleep, he was 9 and we had him 3 years. He had 4 homes and 2 shelters in 6 years but found a forever home with us. I just received a sympathy card from the hospital and they send these when they have to perform the service but that doesn't diminish the words or feelings they have towards our loved ones.”

“Even after we moved to Pennsylvania, we still come back to Long Valley Animal Hospital for our pet's care. They truly care about us and our fur balls. When one of our cats passed away, they sent us a card with lovely, handwritten notes from each member of the staff!!”

“Truly an amazing animal hospital. They really take the time to educate on the issues at hand and give a wide range of treatment options. Caring for pets can get so pricey and I feel like they really take that into consideration when recommending care.”

“So kind and compassionate. You can truly tell they love the animals. I have a hard time trusting anyone or any place when it comes to my cats and this is the first and only place where I knew they were truly taking care of my baby with love in their hearts. ♡”

“My dog had a tumor and originally we went to Dr.Dave just for a second opinion. We had been going to our previous vet for 7+ years, but after the initial visit and seeing how thoroughly Dr.Dave examined my dog, we knew he was the best person to treat our pup and eventually amputate his toe to remove the tumor. He made accommodations to perform the surgery ASAP. On the day of the surgery, his staff promptly followed up with us throughout the day. My dog is petrified of many things and will refuse to go inside somewhere he is not comfortable....we were shocked that after the surgery he happily ran inside the office for his follow up appointment! Dr.Dave quickly got back to us with his biopsy results and has been super helpful with next steps and referring us to an oncologist. it is scary whenever something is wrong with our fur babies, but the whole team at Chester Animal Hospital has helped to make this tough time be as easy as possible and I could not recommend them more!! We are SO HAPPY we found them.”
