“I have been a patient here for 14 years. I never wrote a review but after seeing how badly reviewed this place was, I felt the need to chime in.

I have been here for 3 different name changes and the medical staff was always fantastic. My problem was always that there was not a lot of help in the office. So people rarely followed up or reminded me of appointments.

Since it has become Optum.. not the case at all. Someone from the office called me and I was busy and asked if they could call me back. They called me back the next day. Just now I called because of an issue with a prescription and Bea (not sure how it's spelled) called the Pharmacy on my behalf and fixed the issue.

I don't know where all these bad reviews came from, but the office at Optum is maybe the best I have dealt with in Healthcare and the Doctor care is still just as good as the first time I went 14 years ago.
